C’mon!  Everybody knows there is nothing better than fair food, right?  Right.  So when we heard that the Oklahoma State Fair has one of the largest fair food sections in the nation we were packing our bags and loading up a storm shelter or two faster than you could say, Alligator On-A-Stick!  So here we are, showcasing the nation’s best selection of safe rooms and storm shelters right here at the Oklahoma State Fair.

Survive-a-Storm Employees met lots of customers at the Oklahoma State Fair!

We have our Survive-a-Storm community storm shelter onsite that can protect your business employees or small community in the event of severe weather.  We also have three residential models that are great options for families.  Our Twister Pod is designed for up to four people and tucks away neatly in the corner of your garage.  Need a little more space?  Our Extreme above ground safe room shelters up to eight people and is so tough it meets NIJ Level 2A Ballistic Resistance!  Want to be underground?  Check out our Garage model made of 10-gauge steel that fits under your garage safely housing up to 10 people.  We are a proud member of the National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA) and all of our safe rooms and storm shelters meet or exceed FEMA 320 and FEMA 361 guidelines. The Oklahoma State Fair is a great place to make the decision on protecting your family or workforce with a Survive-a-Storm safe room or storm shelter.  Our team members would love to show you our safe rooms and shelters and answer any questions you might have.  You can find us just inside Gate 9 on the southwest side of the fairgrounds.  And don’t worry…if you see a little powdered sugar and strawberry sauce on our cheeks it was just the Deep-Fried Giant Gummy Bear!
